Hasegawa 1/72 Scale F-35 Lightning II B Version Prototype Model Kit

Hasegawa's model kit of the F-35 Lightning II (Type B) prototype reproduces the flight test machine with lightning bolt markings on its tail! SDD (System Development & Demonstration) produced 13 of this aircraft, from the A type to the C type; this model kit reproduces the BF-1, the first B-type aircraft. This kit includes a large pitot tube and a large blade antenna near the weapon bay on the aircraft's side. The flags of the nine countries involved in the development of the F-35 are included in the decals.
